The staff on Power Road and Baseline is an absolute beast of a team. The store is always clean and the food is always served fresh and correctly. Customer service is excellent and bar none. Not only that, theyre just an outgoing personality of bubbling joy. They make up for some of the other Wingstops lack of customer service or food orders which happens for every business. Theres nothing that can be done about that. Unfortunately perfection can be attained but it just takes a lot of work. These guys have managed to do this all on their own and they seem to be having a great time while doing it. Love this store. Keep it up guys. Great job. ”

“ I am very surprised by all the negative reviews. I had a flawless experience here. Manager Jared helped me right away and my food was ready fast and it was a lot. I got 16 wings, bone in and boneless, corn on cob side and fries. The wings are phenomenalplump, juicy coated with my choices of cajun, garlic parm and lemon pepperreally yummy. The fries were also outstanding. I did takeout but the store is clean and tidy. Highly recommended for great wings. I rank San Antonio Texas based chain, Wingstop, best wings restaurant in Arizona. ”

“ Ill make this short. I went to Wingstop for the first time tonight. 20 minutes passed and I was irritated because I was starving. Demaris informed me that the food takes about 18 minutes and its cooked to order. That made sense and I felt bad for being snappy about the wait. He was more than patient and also kind and understanding. The food was SO good. I burned my tongue and Im sad about that but the sauces are great and it was definitely worth the 8. Only gripe is the fries are a little too sweet for my liking, but nothing some of their ranch cant fix. Thank you Demaris for showing kindness towards a hangry new customer. Greatly appreciated and I will definitely be back!! ”

“ I see a lot of negative reviews, and i had a completely different experience. Ive only been to this location once and at wingstop overall three times. I ordered on the app about a half hour before they closed. The service was polite and friendly. Order came out at the expected time. I have to say I dont know if it was just a great time for them, but these were the best wings I have ever had out, anywhere. They were huge, juicy, and had a nice crisp bite. For the deal they have going on, especially with prices nowadays, it was a steal! I love my wings saucy, and these were overloaded in a great way. I had fries as well, which were really good. I like a lot of seasoning, and they were almost perfect, just a tad bit salty. Prefer them over some other places lack of seasoning. Overall, Ive been craving them every day since and will be back soon and hope to have the same experience. Made me regret not getting wingstop more! Thank you for the excellent food! Keep it up. ”

“ Im currently on a health kick so Im not eating Wingstop right now I go through cut bulk cycles at the gym and Im on a strict cut right now, but I must say I have never had a less than excellent experience at this Wingstop location. My BF and I started eating here after Wingstop introduced their chicken sandwiches. We love their consistent and late hours 1045am midnight Monday through Sunday!. When we order to go, we immediately head to the store and pick it up fresh. The wings and the chicken sandwiches are always so fresh, juicy, and piping hot. We would get back to the apartment with our food and take a bite out of our chicken sandwiches and the juices were still so hot that it would almost burn our mouths. Im saying that in the best way possible, lol. The fries are hot and the seasoning they put on them... So delicious. They also dont skimp out on the sauce like other places. Our wings are always loaded up with sauce. The dry rubs are fire, too! Im craving all things Wingstop right now. The people that work here are super laid back but also very professional at the same time. Cant wait for my next cheat meal or bulk cycle because I will be at Wingstop. ”

“ First off I want to thank Andrea the night shift employee she should be a manager was nothing but helpful and patient when I had an issue with an order I placed online for the Greenfield and Baseline location. I called to fixed a mistake I had made and they didnt answer after 5 attempts. I had placed my order at 1015 pm and I started calling at 1020 pm. Around 1130 pm I went to the Greenfield location and when I showed up the employees had closed the restaurant an hour and a half before closing at 12 pm. Just to tell me they were closed and I said I would make a complaint and the manager gave me a rude attitude. So to Andrea, I called the Power and Baseline location and she answered, I told her what happened as I was upset and she heard me out and vent but to make my night craving wings from the munchies because I was gonna make it happen one or another. She went over and beyond and made me change my mind to now go out of my way just a little further but well worth it they got a new customer out of me. Again thank you Andrea and her night shift crew for all their help and for the amazing food Im going to enjoy right now. Thx Andrea. ”

“ Man, I love hot spicy wings and Wing Stop doesnt do Buffalo original hot but I keep getting the buffalo wings because they taste so damn good I gladly sacrifice the heat for the flavor. Absolutely perfect buffalo sauce, I just wish it had heat without changing the flavor. I get them extra crispy and done deal. Im hooked. ”
